I went by UPS several days ago to return an item to Amazon, but I didn’t have the box. A gentleman tried to help me when we both realized I needed a return box for the ITEM. I took it away, but before I left the store he was told to delete The transaction in the system and I was told that I could return it later. Stopped by today at 6:52 pm and was greeted by a person who eventually was told he was the manager. However, I received the worst customer service that I had ever received here at this UPS in Adriatic Village. I was missing tape on my box. He explained to me that he could give me one piece of tape to tape, one end of the box, I told him I had never experience that before, but I would supply my own tape apparently if I could not have it to close my box. Then I was told I would have to pay a packing charge under his rules because everyone else was doing it wrong if they were giving out tape. As we proceeded I realized that I no longer had the return label because the original transaction was not deleted in the system. He then told me I would have to contact Amazon and get another return label. I told him that the label had been deleted a couple of days ago in the system and I should be able to find the label in my email. He went on to tell me if the person that originally scanned in the item did not deleted properly, I would need a new label and he also went on to tell me how insubordinate that person was that scanned in my package. Also, he went on to tell me about how useless This person was and untrainable. I told him I didn’t feel like that was my business and i expressed my feeling. I explained to him What i do recall the person trying to help me and I was so disappointed in a managers behavior to put down an employee and not help a customer.

First of all, it's rare when one employee makes the difference in me having a good experience at a store or restaurant, but this guy did just that. I could tell he was new, but he was extremely nice and accommodating. I believe his name was Whit or Witt. My day had been a frantic mess, and this guy had me walking out with a smile. It's sad that good customer service is so rare these days, but this gives me hope.

Absolutely worst customer service.

Went in store 15 mins before closing time. Waited in queue. Every one in queue were told that system wouldn’t work after closing time. Come on, everyone knows it works.
Why make everyone stand in line with packages in hand only to kick the out.

This is the worst UPS store in the area hands down. Don’t believe the good reviews, there have been multiple times I’ve had issues here. Ever dread going somewhere? This is one of those places.

Always have a great experience at this store, great customer service, friendly and very helpful. Today ran into a young man whose tone was off. Granted, turned out the service I needed was specifically for the United States Post Office, but the young man acted like he couldn't answer a simple question because they are UPS-only store.
I'll still visit this location, I just know who not to deal with.

Monday morning, store is supposed to open at 8am, there's 2 of us standing outside the gate at 8:04 am, we can see a young guy inside, he can see us through the door, but door is still locked. Door unlocks way past 8am, then I get told that the only computer that can print the print job I emailed last night is starting up, he's having staff issues, which is the explanation for late opening. 5 people come in rapid succession and get their packages/returns dropped off for shipping. I'm still waiting for the computer to start at 8:20. There's even a gentleman who comes in to get something laminated, that gets done and he leaves while I'm still waiting.
Then all the people coming in are met with the locked gate, one of the person standing in lune has to open the door for all the incoming people. When the last gentleman comes in, he offers to tape the door lock so it stays open. The store guy first says the lock is broken, he can't keep it open, then takes a allen key and does something so it gets fixed, I hope, no one came in anymore after the first initial rush.
Utterly incompetent staff, what kind of computer takes 20min to start in today's age? Then the door, then the attitude on the guy was like he could care less about the customers. I walked out of there, without success and having wasted precious Monday morning time, deeply disappointed.
