Butter masala gravy is like water and chicken is burnt. After a proper argument about it with the lady in the counter, she rudely denied to return and said THATS HOW WE SELL FOOD HERE. He was neither sorry nor polite.

I ordered Mysore bondas, and unfortunately, parts of them were overcooked to the point of being burnt. The taste and texture also gave the impression that the food may have been refried rather than freshly prepared. Overall, the quality did not meet my expectations, and I was disappointed with the standards. I hope the restaurant takes this as constructive feedback to improve food quality. I will likely not be returning.

HI Desi District Team,

I had placed 25 tandoori butter naan order based on feedback but I was very disappointed to see such type of insensitive, emotionless services from your side. Customer is paying direct money to you, and what you are serving for take out ? is it the way you serve to customer and is it the way you respect to customer. You did not think what it would be impact on my guest, even I had opted take out option for hot tandoor naan, It was properly 2 days before communicated to you for this order. And what you did, you had served old & cold and mix of two different type of tandoori naan to customer, Most of tandoor naan was burnt very badly, somehow as host we had manage this, and have added the butter on top also, even you dont think to communicate to customer such type of thing. You guys dont care about customer need and pride and did not care about customer's any event/function.

For anyone reference, pics are attached so you could believe. This was very pathetic service and would not request to anyone to opt take out from this branch. I dont know how you are running such type of restaurants without any responsible body who could look such type of blunder or this is as usual thing for you.

We had an absolutely terrible experience, both with the food and the customer service. We ordered Chicken 65 Biryani and specifically requested that it shouldn't be too sweet. Yet, what we received was something that seemed more like a dish prepared in China, drenched in sauce. When we pointed this out, the staff were completely unprofessional, acting as if they were educating us on what Chicken 65 Biryani is. To make matters worse, they even asked us for our preferred spice level while ordering, but clearly, that didn’t matter. Completely disappointing!

We trashed everything in front of them!!!

The masala dosa there literally sucks. It was half way cooked. The sambar tasted and smelled like fish curry. Not sure why this place is still open. I will never enter this store again. I would waste your money on the food at this place

Took masala vada for togo. Very bad taste and tasted stale . They have tomato chutney along with it, unheard combination and tastes very bad. I had to throw away everything.
